Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Modula at modula.run, operated by Ethan Truong. By using Modula, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Modula

Modula helps you create, refine, save, and run personal systems. You are responsible for your account, the information you submit, and the activities you choose to perform. Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it to facilitate harm.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant Modula permission to process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including storage and AI processing. You must have the right to submit the content you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

AI suggestions and personal judgment

AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them before applying, saving, or following them. Modula does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other qualified advice. You decide whether an activity is appropriate and safe for you.

Availability and account access

Modula is evolving. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular results. Keep a separate copy of information important to you. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

Paid features

If you choose a paid subscription, the price, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be presented before purchase. Any applicable billing terms will be shown at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Modula changes and will provide notice of material changes as appropriate. For questions, support, or account deletion requests, email ethan@modula.run.
